For clients who choose to recharge their accounts with pre-paid DU, here are our pre-paid discount rates:
- 10-49 pre-paid DU: $165/DU
- 50-99 pre-paid DU: $155/DU
- 100+ pre-paid DU: $150/DU
You may not be aware that although our online catalog only shows packs of 10, 50, and 100 DU, we are happy to prepare a custom invoice for any amount of pre-paid DU. Just use our Contact Us page to request a custom pre-paid purchase.
Any DU in your account at the end of the month will be applied to your monthly charges. If the DU balance in your account is insufficient to cover the work we did that month, you will receive an invoice for the balance of DU at our standard rate of $175/DU. To take advantage of the pre-pay discount, DU must be paid for and in your account before invoices are generated (on or about the first of each month).
Retainer Agreements

A monthly retainer agreement can make your life easier:
- assures that resources will be available for your projects whenever you need them (up to the retainer amount you commit to)
- can be used to add functionality to your application, to get training, or for application maintenance - for every service we offer
- evens out your monthly cash flow
- simplifies your budget planning
- can be used to bank Dialogs Units for future projects that could stress your cash flow
- allows you to pay a reduced rate for all services we provide for you.
Purchased Dialogs Units stay in your account until you use them. They never expire. The program requires an annual commitment of 12 minimum monthly purchases, and all payments must be made in advance of work completed. You can choose the number of Dialogs Units you want to purchase each month (minimum of 25 Dialogs Units per month).
- 200DU/mo (minimum commitment of 2,400 DU) - $150/DU- OUR BEST RATE
- 100DU/mo (minimum commitment of 1,200 DU) - $160/DU
- 50DU/mo (minimum commitment of 600 DU) - $165/DU
- 25DU/mo (minimum commitment of 300 DU) - $170/DU
If you need more work than your retainer amount in any month, we will invoice you for the additional work at your low contract rate. Effort that exceeds your monthly retainer commitment will only be provided if resources are available. Work in the current month cannot be applied to future months - if we provide more work than your monthly commitment in one month, you are still required to pay your full monthly retainer payment for all remaining months in your contract.
