A Grant Program Like No Other
You need to improve your online tools as well as your business processes to compete. For nearly twenty years, Dialogs has been solving this problem for our customers.
Students entering the workforce for the first time need experience to get hired, but they need to get hired to gain experience. The same is true for more seasoned workers who are re-training in a new field. This program helps solve this problem, too. Grant projects will employ talent in the local area of the grant recipient.
When businesses move into new areas, they can do as much harm as good to the local economy by sucking resources out of the area. That is not how we want to operate. We want to be an active participant in the growth of your business community.
The Dialogs eBusiness Community Grant could be the most important business decision you make this year. Join us as we help rebuild the economy one community at a time.
Welcome to the Launch of Our Pilot Grant
This is the pilot phase of our grant program – limited to businesses and organizations in the Cedar Rapids-Iowa City Corridor. Currently, any for-profit, non-profit, or educational/governmental entity in Linn and Johnson counties, Iowa or the Greater Corridor area may apply for a grant. Preference may be given to applicants who can demonstrate that improving their ebusiness tools will benefit their neighborhood or the local economy. Tell us where you would like the eBusiness Community Grant Program to reach out to next.
Why the Cedar Rapids-Iowa City Corridor?
The Cedar Rapids Corridor was selected as our pilot community based on having a good mix of organizations with potential suitable ebusiness projects; a good agency and web development business base to partner with; excellent intern candidates from college partners like Kirkwood Community College; and proven community collaboration to benefit all, exemplified by the recovery and renaissance experienced since the 2008 flood disaster.

This grant cycle is only available in the Cedar Rapids Corridor. After we complete this pilot grant cycle, we will do a bit of fine-tuning and then open up the program to additional areas. When we do, we will allow you to request your community to be added to the list of communities in this program. If you are interested in updates on this grant program, please contact us.
