AI Build & Finishing

You built the demo. We build the business on it.

Roughly one in ten AI-built apps ships with a real security hole. We take what you made in Lovable, Manus, Replit, v0, or ChatGPT and turn it into software you can actually run the business on, the same team with you from start to finish.

Source: in 2025, security researcher Matan Getz scanned 1,645 apps on Lovable’s own public showcase and found roughly 1 in 10 (170 apps) exposed their database through missing access controls (CVE-2025-48757).

The route

When there’s no replacement for true human intelligence.

Step 1

Readiness

We tell you the truth, in writing.

A senior engineer sits down with what you built and gets a direct walkthrough from whoever built it. The goal isn’t to admire the prototype. It’s to establish what’s real, what was assumed, and what “done” actually requires once real users and real data are involved.

You get a written verdict: what’s safe to build on, what’s missing, and exactly what it takes to go live. No jargon, no hand-waving, and no padding the estimate to sound impressive.

Step 2

Last Mile

We make it real, inside your actual business.

We don’t rebuild from scratch. We work with what you made and take it to production: a live connection to the systems you already run (not a demo API, not a bolt-on), a real security model built from nothing, since most prototypes have none at all, and the dozens of small corrections that separate “looks done” from “is done”: formatting, edge cases, terminology, data that doesn’t quite reconcile with what’s actually in your books.

If a sync doesn’t need to run in real time, we won’t build one that does. Cost-aware decisions, not impressive-sounding ones. A prototype gives you a number. This work gives you a number you can bet the business on — an answer you can’t trust is worse than no answer.

Step 3

Steward

We stay and run it.

You don’t get a repo and a handshake. The engineers who found the risk and shipped the fix are the same ones keeping your software healthy afterward, month after month. Same people, not a ticket queue, so the edge you gained stays an edge.

What’s usually involved

Finishing work looks different every time. It usually includes some of this.

Live system integration

Connecting the prototype to your real ERP, CRM, or database instead of the mock data it was demoed with.

Role-based security

Building the access control most prototypes skip: who sees what, and who can change it.

Data reconciliation

Validating the numbers against the systems of record before anyone makes a decision off them.

Ongoing stewardship

Hosting, monitoring, and maintaining it after launch, by the same people who built it.
