Problem Statement
Brokers Bridge was created to address the difficulties real estate agents face in the referral process. Agents often lose clients who are relocating because they don't have a reliable way to connect with agents in other locations. The challenge is to find agents who specialize in specific areas or with particular expertise to meet clients' unique needs, and to ensure client satisfaction. Without a streamlined process for referrals, agents can struggle to manage and track their referrals, and may have difficulty collecting their referral fees. The absence of a broad network also limits agents' reach, hindering their ability to expand their business beyond local markets. In essence, the core problem is connecting clients with the ideal agent, regardless of location or specific needs.
At the same time, the client needed guidance on where to spend their limited resources to find product-market fit. The client knew it also had to spend money on marketing and bring users to the platform and they didn't know how to organize and eventually scale with a native mobile app.
